Mr. Fletcher was a conscientious and laid-back boss. He always made his consultants feel as though his door was open. He was working at the current level of Chief for Internal Controls for many months before being officially appointed to the position and has shown a career commitment to helping the U.S. Treasury managed its finances. He was also frequently willing to roll up his sleeves and learn the the details of the financial audit review process, accompanying consultant staff on site reviews and conducting test work in order to better equip his outfit to do the work required in-house. He also took an objective stance with his colleagues at U.S. Mint when it came to identifying and resolving audit findings. Overall, Mr. Fletcher was a pleasure to work for.
