Kenton and I met at ECPI University while working in the Career Services department at different campus locations. Kenton was soon promoted to Regional Director and then promoted again shortly after to a University Director position. His accomplishments demonstrate his ability to excel quickly in whatever goals are set. Kenton is able to build amazing relationships and contacts both in the region as well as nationwide. Kenton’s calm and positive demeanor is quite impressive when he is up against tight deadlines or high-stress situations. Kenton is able to lead a large team and support his leaders within. He was able to work with various departments to find streamlined solutions for any issues that would arise within our department. He also organized excellent professional development conferences for our team to gain more knowledge and skills to perform our jobs more effectively.
