Kent and I worked together for almost 5 years.During these 5 years of working together we were able to build many relatiionships with new and existing customers and were able to meet and exceed there requirements through Kent's ability to communicate with and get the customer to understand the task at hand. Kent is very personable and very professional. His abilitys were unmatched and the reason for the great success in building our company accross Alberta through the many relationships he built. Kent also developed a specific training course for building managers to educate them their equipment and building to help teh customer understand how everythign worked together in an effort to save them costs. This program was very succesfull at this task and we still use it to date to help educate our customers. Kent is also highly adebt in his technical abilities and equipment knoweledge. he takes the time to learn and understand the equipment that will be serviced. ketn excells at any task set before him and I would jump at the opportunity to work first hand with Him in teh future.
