For 2023 the focus areas of my role are: Utilities - support the organisation and clients through this very challenging period of cost escalations for a category that can represent about 20-25% of a venue's operating cost across gas, electricity and water. Retail - continue to improve commercial outcomes and retail data visibility for a business activity that has grown to about $20 million annually. Project Expenditure - assist the organisation scope, implement and review significant project expenditure. ICT - support the continued investment into ICT networks and engagement of external service and solution providers.
