I have been working with Kent for several years now in Boy Scouts. He has done an amazing job, especially since he had no former Scouting experience. Scouting is a fairly chaotic organization at times but Kent has not let that stop him from keeping things on track, he is a great organizer. DE's in Scouting always have to wear several hats, from finance, to recruiting, to leader; and Kent has worn all those hats well.

For the year 2008, I had the opportunity to serve as the District Chair for the our Boy Scout community. I was the lead volunteer and Kent was the staff professional with whom I most closely worked. Kent from the very beginning showed his readiness to work. He was always prepared for our meetings, never wasting my time or efforts. Kent listened to my vision for the District and was entirely supportive of helping me and my committee seek to reach those goals. I would highly recommend Kent for as a professional or volunteer. He has a tremendous work ethic and is a man of high character. He learns quickly and communicates well. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
