I have known Kent both professionally and personally for over 10 years. He and I also share a personal appreciation for golf and fly fishing. Without a doubt, Kent is a seasoned veteran of several warehouse management environments as well a deep knowledge of the end to end process of logistics in general. I have worked with him on many projects and he has displayed a professional passion for accurate, sustainable processes and procedures in order to ensure on- time deliveries and a high level of quality and customer satisfaction whether it be involving external or internal customers. I know firsthand that he is a believer in training to and always following these procedures and processes (accountability) and persistently looking for ways to continuously improve.
