As Project Lead within Bonnier's ICT, I was responsible for the design and delivery of the entities facing the end-users of the Bonnier Enterprise, such as workplace services, client management, mobile and subscription management, SAM, Identity and Access Management, Service Desk, Service Portal, Knowledge Databases, Self-Service functions, and Collaboration Tools. In dialogue with each and every business area, identify their unique needs and together with vendors develop and deploy common solutions that meet and develop the requirements cost-effectively without limiting the business operations of each business area. Furthermore, also be responsible for the operation of the above-mentioned services in a centrally located Operations Unit. The assignment included: • Capture stakeholder requirements • Specify and document technical requirements • Evaluate, provide feedback and approve vendors’ technical solutions • Present and market solutions for stakeholders • Establishment of contracts and negotiations • Procurement of system solutions • Operation of workplace services service desk and ITSM tools Background Bonnier ICT project: Bonnier has a long history as a decentralized media group where traditional companies and IT have been organized in silos to serve every business area or unit. Bonnier is also continuously acquiring new companies that are also being organized without the support of an overall IT strategy and many production models are being implemented without group-joint coordination. In light of the rapidly changing media landscape where companies are moving to digital business models that functionally operate more broadly - Bonnier ICT has the following challenge: • Reduce complexity and streamline existing ICT services • A strong push for digital transformation with new ICT Services that support the new business models across all business areas Show less
