Over the last 2 months I worked with Kent to find a new position to advance my career in manufacturing. At this particular time I was not specifically looking for a new job but Kent did his research and found me through LinkedIn. While being recruited Kent has always been very professional in his interactions with me. He did a very good job of keeping me informed of the next steps of the interview process and communicating who I would be interviewing with at the company. Kent did a nice job of preparing me for the interviews and helping me locate information about the company in advance to prepare for each step. He continually was staying in contact with me and did a good job of understanding what my needs were versus what the companies needs were.
