This research project was based on the optimisation of a Circulating Tumour Cell detection protocol. As a result of this, the major skill I acquired was complex problem solving in order to improve upon a developed protocol that had several problems. My role was to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
