I was the safety representative for 3 years looking after 30 workers and have good knowledge of safety processes and procedures also I was a shortage controller for 2 years in the main store warehouse and I was a backup for the shortage controller for all the stores at Holden. My main job was as a store man which I did for 10 years which consisted of loading and unloading of trucks and containers using conventional fork trucks. I also used the reach truck for filling the store and picking orders. I did stock take many times stock audits, data entry, safety buy outs on racking and new work processes. Maintaining safety systems and processes and training workers on safety reduced incidents within the warehouse. Show less
