RW Tech Labs is specialized in developing quality casino games and products that provides exciting entertainment for guests of Resorts World. They are a company founded under Genting Group. My main role here is to ensure deliverables are performing as per standards and as bug-free as possible as a software tester. 🔴 RESPONSIBILITIES 🔴 - Create Selenium WebDriver scripts in Java for automation testing on both desktop and mobile webapp in browsers. - Research new methods to perform automation testing using various frameworks and tools such as TestNG, Appium and WinAppDriver. - Create automation scripts in Katalon Studio for automating desktop apps. - Collaborate with other testers and developers to detect defects and bugs for speedy resolutions. - Manual execution of test cases that covers a wide range of functionalities available in the webapp and desktop apps. 🟢 ACHIEVEMENTS 🟢 I executed nearly 2000 manual test cases across 3 gaming casino products. Being the first few batches of interns to experiment with automation testing, I was privileged to become the forerunners in the company. I researched on Selenium WebDriver and Katalon Studio and created over 25 automated test cases. Using Appium and WinAppDriver, I was able to run the automated test cases in real Android devices and WIndows machine. I successfully integrated Gradle into Katalon Studio to help ease the automation process and streamlined it further. With the help of Allure Framework, I was able to generate beautiful and meaningful test reports every time the test suite was ran using automation in Selenium. Through monkey testing, I also discovered a major flaw in their casino webapp and was commended by the Head of Gaming Products and Lead Developer. I was also tasked with logging any defects I had found during my testing to SpiraTest. I reported over 10 defects which resulted several of them being fixed swiftly by developers. Show less
