The Academy Of Self-Preservation is based on my nearly 38 years of martial arts training and experience. I define Self-Preservation as the ability to survive violence; anywhere, anytime, against anyone, under any circumstances using and means possible. I offer private instruction and one and two day seminars covering everything from stand up (empty hand) violence, to weapons (real and improvised) to ground survival. Attactics™ For Women - this is a highly specialized course for women who want serious no nonsense fighting skills that can be learned, mastered and functionalized quickly. Let's face it, most women don't have the time to spend months and months learning a martial art and most women aren't into becoming cage fighters. My Attactics™ program for women is second to none in quickly developing and functionalizing the skills that will enable a women to rapidly, viscously and effectively fight back and survive a violent assault. Three different but very specialized courses are available - The Main Course (pre-requisite for the other two) deals with stand up, empty hand violence. Weapons: real and improvised, teaches women how to fight with knives, sticks and most any thing they can get their hands on to gain an advantage over an attacker.
