While Kenny worked with me at ICOP Digital, I found him to be a loyal and tireless employee who was dedicated to expanding his territory and product offering in an extremely difficult marketplace. Kenny persisted in getting the product and company message out to potential customer in a large region, while security and law enforcement budgets were being slashed nationwide. This being done while also managing his exsisting accounts. I would hire Kenny James again should that ever become possible with my new company. I moved on from ICOP and am now the Sales Manager at the above listed company.

Kenny was one of my top performers while at ICOP Digital. He managed a large territory and what amazed me was that he knew what was going on with each of the accounts that he touched. I could ask him to give an update on a certain account and his update was full of information and details. Kenny knows how to work a territory effectively, which is something that cannot be taught, but a quality that someone has to have from within. Kenny is a very dedicated sales professional and I would recommend him to any sales organization.
