      I was in charge of a water flood in the Upper and Lower Morrow Field.I had one pumper and 35 wells to oversee.I was also over the rework of the older wells, pump changes and chemical program.I oversaw the construction of new tank batteries and facilities.I bought all equipment and was in charge of all roustabouts, pipeline and electrical crews.I built pipelines and designed and built a 4,000 barrel a day water injection facility, to inject produced water intothe existing water flood system.
