  At The Training Room we are proud to say that we are a full service careers provider, currently working to train and motivate people into finding the perfect roles suited to them in the Health and Fitness, Finance, Teaching, Events and the IT sectors.This role as Marketing Executive at The Training Room sees me support the wider team with tasks that have included:- Strategy planning, execution and deliverance of digital email marketing campaigns as a key tool to engaging prospects and re-engaging graduates and corporate partners.- Creation, updates and maintenance to customer facing and internal documents including but not limited to; course outlines, terms and conditions and student contracts.- Creation of advertisements across both online and offline media.- Web maintenance and general upkeep of the previous version of The Training Room website, including it's student area both through the wordpress CMS and back end development.- Project management and execution of the successful launch of the new www.thetrainingroom.com website including a relaunch of a new brand direction.- Working closely with creative agencies to ensure deadlines are hit timely and effectively.- CRM (Salesforce) administration including email templates automation, campaign and brand creation, reporting.All responsibilities tie in to ensuring new service lines launch on time and land with the most successful rate possible, during my time as Marketing Executive I have worked on the successful launch of the Beauty and Wellbeing sector courses the IT sector launch and subsequent course launches and the recent launch of the Health and Social Sector.
