Ken's knowledge in all aspects of the moving industry made him an invaluable manager. I could count on him to help me figure out logistics for unusual shipments, to discuss man power needed for large office moves or to fix a computer glitch. If a problem arose, he was honest and fair to all parties involved. Although we no longer work together, I still hold great respect for him and am honored to consider him a friend.
