  MAJOR DUTIES 1. Report to Pro-Vice Chancellor Planning & Development. 2. Assist Senior Executive Management in the formulation of policies and strategic plans of the University. 3. Conduct consultative meeting with Sectional/Departmental Heads on alignment of Annual Activity Plans (AAP) to strategic plans. 4. Assist in the formulation of annual budget. 5. Undertake project research and documentation of PIP project submissions. 6. Prepare project documents for outsourced contracts & other necessary related procedural documents. 7. Supervise implementation of internal (funded by non-recurrent) and external projects (PIP funded projects). 8. Conduct inspection on projects and report to Senior Executive Management. 9. Oversee functions of Investment/Financial Planner & Risks Compliance Planner and assist when need arises. 10. Oversee functions of Monitoring & Evaluation Section and assist when need arises. 11. Assist other Sections/Departments of the University when planning need arise. 12. Attend regional workshop or conference, analyses information and submit to Senior Executive Management. 13. From time to time, duties will change according to and as directed by the Pro-Vice Chancellor Planning & Development and the Vice Chancellor. Show less
