Grohabitate was conceptualized with the goal of creating an ultra-low barrier entry into the real estate market for all hardworking people in communities globally who find themselves locked out of home ownership, and the idea continues to evolve into new ways of looking at ownership, investment, and lifestyle. Grohabitate started out asking a straightforward question: “How do we get the community back to owning the houses they live in?” Answering this question led to surprising and completely re-imagined possibilities. Grohabitate envisions a global network of community members turned into asset owning investors that are backed by the full power of a real-world asset portfolio and each other to financially empower Grohabitate community members futures through investments and asset growth. The Grohabitate community and ecosystem will open possibilities for a life that most gave up on along with their dreams of home ownership.
