I manage a team of 60 technicians and supervisors while leading both the tactical and strategic maintenance activities in a manufacturing facility. As a member of the plant leadership team I work with the operations leader to meet production goals while maintaining the health of our plant assets. My responsibilities include setting and controlling the maintenance and facilities budgets, managing salaried as well as a union work force, contract maintenance oversight, and project development and control. By using both leading and lagging indicators I strive to continually improve the work process to develop a world class maintenance organization.
