  Managed a team outsourced IT professionals, responsible for all IT systems, across three office locations in the US, as well as one in the UK. This included managing all aspects of business applications, data centers, servers, storage, cloud computing, desktop workstations, and telecommunications. Moved the firm’s critical application and data servers to robust secure hybrid cloud infrastructure, increasing reliability, and performance, while reducing costs. Managed the build-out of three office locations, including a premier 20,000 square-foot location in New York City, hosting a technologically advanced data center, serving as a redundant site to the firm’s corporate offices. Primarily responsible for managing and maintaining all “day to day” operations of the firm’s technology platform, across the four offices. Continually meet with executive management, to keep them abreast of all functional IT areas. Collaborate with other IT professionals, to ensure all areas of technology were being aligned properly with company goals and strategies. Meet with other department managers, to better understand their IT needs and initiatives, and to understand how technology could be leveraged to solve their departmental challenges. Also collaborate with users, so they were aware of the firm’s IT initiatives, and could provide feedback, to ensure implemented technologies were being used effectively.
