  When not taking care of the day to day business of the education of Ships Assistants, I do my utmost to make sure that MARTEC evolves as a leader in MARITIME and OFFSHORE safety education. During my time at MARTEC I have build the base to a successful Course Department. During my time as Head of the Course Department the turnover has increased ten fold. The skills of the instructors, the update of facilities and my ability to read the Course Market have attracted customers, and given the success we feed of today.This is the base, in the years to come I will push to expand the range of courses, setting the trend as market leader on state of the art equipment, variety of courses and happy clients.   The prime focus of the job was to plan the cargo on Mærsk Lines container vessels on the Europe-Fareast string. After the merger with P&O Nedlloyd I was transferred to the North America - Europe strings, working in different timeszones.
