PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Served as Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company where my primary focus was on development and portfolio management for school, retail, hospitality, commercial office and healthcare developments for TCC’s major corporate and strategic partners. Past projects included the development of the $45M Student Health Center on the USC Campus, the $28M, USC Keck School of Medicine, the $32M Soto Administrative Office Development, the $6 Million Farmers Parking Structure for J.P. Morgan and the $11M Metropolitan Life Parking Structure. Recently managed the earthwork and construction activities for the 159 acre Atkinson Brickyard Industrial Development and the pre-development design planning, permitting and construction budgeting for the $150M LA Plaza Village Multifamily Development in Downtown LA.
