  As a multi-purpose clerk I have spent two years in the meat department in which I had to incorporate product rotation and proper stacking order to prevent cross contamination. It was also my responsibility to provide sales to customers, maintain and make fresh meat/meals, wrapping and correctly labeling products and also had to break down both heavy meat loads and deli loads and work these loads on my own all before lunch. At night I was responsible for sanitation and clean up at an audit level at all times. As a Cashier I must know all produce and misc. codes and of course give the customer a great send off. Show less
