      Project manage, concept and implement design thinking strategies to develop the brand's first low-impact, sustainable pop-up store that is in-line with OAK + FORT’s brand aesthetic. Together with the CEO and creative and marketing team, I spearheaded and designed a series of experiential fixtures that would inform the designs of future pop-up stores. In addition to designing display tables and a window display made of recycled cardboard tubing, making and assembling recycled bottle walls, sourcing and refurbishing a used cash wrap, designing compostable fitting rooms, and creating an interactive store centrepiece, my role also included overseeing the store build, material sourcing, and coordinating transport logistics.
