Equipment design for this project included optical glass sorter, all super structure equipment, conveyors and storage hoppers. Responsible for all the design of automation and sortation equipment for use within 15 Materials Recycling Facilities (MRF's) worldwide. Equipment included materials conveyors, glass crushers, storage tanks, structural platforms, pick and place hoppers and bins and egress stairwells. I coordinated all equipment plans with municipalities and architectural firms for submittal during the RFQ and permitting process. After contracts were awarded, my role was to coordinate internal and external equipment fabricators designing all equipment with adherence to all standards and specifications.
