His ability to synthesise matters to the essential issues and quickly determine the range of solutions is one of his key strengths. As a marketing manager, his overall knowledge of the business is amazing and his forward-thinking ways make him a brilliant business leader. From a sales perspective having somebody like Glenn leading the marketing department has meant the group is already on the front foot from a sales perspective.
