Our professional development and industry research helped frame my approach as an emerging leader in education. My experiences with AUSL and EP solidified the importance of authentic relationship-building at all levels - student to teacher, school to family, mentorship, and more. Throughout the fellowship, I connected with EP alumni, nonprofit founders, school leaders, and future educators. Engaging with changemakers across the industry provided a broader understanding of how I can contribute my skillset to support students’ empowerment. I look forward to maintaining and expanding the EP network I’ve developed as a community for inspiration and collaborative impact. Show less
