I curate curriculum for the 12 week program to build the young adults’ skill sets in community and relational organizing and develop them professionally. I managed data entry of 500+ potentially qualified candidates to set up a line of communication regarding Teach For America and educational inequity, which led to over 100 recommendations, dozens of meetings and several applications. I also planned group activities to boost team morale, both in-person and over Zoom once the pandemic hit.
