Manchester United Methodist Church is a religious organization on the forefront of inclusion and acceptance. The servant leaders of the church foster an atmosphere of safety to their employees, lead by example through activism in the community, and create an inviting church culture for people of every background to worship. While employed at MUMC, I have developed a Podcast around organizational culture, and created a series within that Podcast around culture change based on the recent separation plans of the global United Methodist Church. I have also developed and administered an online survey to gage parent involvement in the Youth program at MUMC, and analytics and recommendations were presented based on the data from the results. I am also the front desk coordinator at Circle of Friends Preschool, a ministry of the church, and perform a variety of roles including relationship building with parents and teachers, event coordination, marketing strategies, document creation, and communications.
