WORKED WITH KEN ON A NATIONAL CLASS ACTION DEFENSE CASE WHICH WAS WON.KEN WAS HARD WORKING, WELL ORGANIZED, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE LAW AND FACTS IN THE CASE. AND A GREAT ASSET TO EXPERTS IN HOW TO ORGANIZE AND PRESENT APPROPRIATE MATERIALS TO JURY
Arthur Howe
I worked with Ken for 22 years, from April 1988 through April 2010. When we met, we were young associates beginning our careers at Schopf & Weiss. Over the decades we teamed up on scores of cases across the country. Ken was instrumental in helping to build Schopf & Weiss LLP into a respected and successful litigation boutique. Many of our attorneys credit him for bringing them to our firm. Having earned our colleagues’ confidence, he ably served as Managing Partner of Schopf & Weiss LLP. Ken has founded his own firm, but brings with him my respect, trust, and deep thanks. He is dedicated to his clients, hard working, and bright – in sum, an excellent attorney.

I direct the department responsible for the editorial content, publishing, distribution and scoring of the bar exam and professional responsibility exam taken by most applicants for admission to the bar across the country. We also advise jurisdictions on how to grade the essay portion of the bar exam.
