The clock tower in front of the Kaminarimon gate in Asakusa has been reconstructed. It has been replaced by a very cool building designed by Kengo Kuma. The restaurant had been at the top floor since the first day it opened. We all had fun developing the menu and arranging the fixtures together before the opening.
