There have been many veterinary industry representatives that I have dealt with over the years, and Ken Flesher remains one the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would characterize Ken as the ultimate professional. He was always punctual and polite. Even if I kept him waiting for our meeting the odd time due to our busy veterinary practice, he was never impatient, and he understood that our clients and patients came first. Then, as his client, he treated me the same way; never rushing, patient to ask questions, and accommodating to requests. Ken was always well prepared for our meetings, and was very organized. He also delivered excellent product or marketing initiative seminars to our staff, and was a great public speaker. One thing that always stood out for me was that Ken kept to his word. If we needed something done, he wrote it down to take note of it, and then had that request delivered or completed promptly. I was fortunate enough to talk with Ken outside of the work setting at various times, and whether it was on his personal or professional time, Ken was always friendly, kind, and engaging. When I heard of his move from Calgary a number of years ago, it was very disappointed to be losing such a wonderful representative from our area. A company that has Ken employed on their staff should consider themselves very fortunate to have such an incredible, confident, and professional individual! - Dr. Kevin MacAulay, DVM
