Business office adminstrator

May 2017 - May 2018
Is the first person that the clients and any walk ins see and speak with. I then bridge the gap between the clients conversations with the financial advisor. Took lead in marketing and creating the branch wide customer and product partner seminar. Which included marketing and advertising to promote the event to the branch clients. Tended to the needs of approximately 75 attendees and coordinated the event. Was able to increase the customer support performance from 39% to 85% by proactively talking to the branches clients, hitting major deadlines and keeping that open line of communication. Reviewed and updated approximately 300 client profiles, this included sitting down with the financial advisor to review and update clients goals and any potential investment opportunities. Show less

Technical Writing Technician
-
Sep 2015 - Dec 2016
In my position of a Technical Writer I am currently working with the Network, Systems, and Database team. In this position I am bridging the gap between the technical and non-technical teams. For the TUI team I went through 55 ‘How To’ documents, completed any necessary changes and made sure it could be communicated throughout the team. This entailed updated the document to the current format along with putting in all the correct information. In doing so, I worked with a handful of associates to put these documents together. As they were completed, they were uploaded to the TUI SharePoint site.I have created an auditing system to be used for all of the 15 different Enterprise Operations Center locations along with creating a auditing package so that each audit performed is of the same standard. Aided in completed a Service Catalog and Dashboard for all TransUnion’s IT Services and details that mapped to that service. This detailed creating spreadsheets for each business unit and documenting what is mapped to each IT Service. Then plugging all of that information into separate dashboardsCreated a critical analysis report to understand and improve the operational effectiveness of the teams in the Corporate Operation Center. This information in the report determined if the team had enough operators to meet their operational obligations. Also, it helped bring understanding to where the operators’ are spending their most time on. Show less

Information Security Intern
-
Jun 2015 - Sep 2015
During my internship at TransUnion I worked with the Information Security team. I help to support a handful of different associates. My main project was to rebrand the Information Security section of the TransUnion internal website. In doing so I rebranded all of the team’s documentation. Along with rebranding the documents, I formatted the wording on the site to go along with the rebranded voice. While working on this project, my skills with Outlook, Microsoft and Lync increased.A second project I assisted with was updating the client assessment knowledgebase. I assisted with categorizing the knowledgebase and meeting with the appropriate groups to have the information updated.I also assisted the communication and marketing departments. I created a communication form that was sent to all TransUnion associates regarding the safety precautions of internet hacking. For the marketing team, I went through TransUnion’s executive’s LinkedIn profiles to make sure they were up to standards for public viewing. As a part of the internship program we were put into groups to create onboarding videos of the four main business groups at the company. I was nominated to lead my group which included 15 other interns. The process of this project included; scheduling meetings with the group, creating the video script, contacting and interviewing associates from the Director level up to Senior Management, along with watching over the actual filming. Finally, I presented our video and gave a brief description of what our process was like in front of various associates. Show less
