During my time at Twitch, I was truly fortunate to work with Kendra. She is a staggeringly knowledgeable executive in the tech, creator, and experiential event space who would always make arriving at a solution to a problem so much easier by simply being part of the conversation. Her background speaks for itself and no future achievement of hers would surprise me. She is assertive and well-respected by cross-functional partners and achieved goals through great strategy and influence. I’ve read more than one of her annual business plans and strategy documents, which included all the necessary information to propel the business forward. If you’re building an A team, you want her on that team. You can depend on her for an honest assessment and she doesn’t bless mediocre just to appease others. She has the enviable ability to present and defend her work with a steely grace in the face of a C-suite review. Given the runway and resources, she can deliver on any number of business goals. Wishing her the best in her future endeavors!

Kendra is a very thoughtful, strategic, and data driven leader and I had the pleasure of working with her as my manager at Twitch! She is incredibly gifted in developing authentic programs for creators and always has their best interest at heart! Under her supervision, Kendra was invested in the development of her team from the start. From project management to critical thinking and team collaboration, she allowed me to truly own my projects while offering support and learnings along the way! In her first year, Kendra not only spearheaded the successful creation and implementation of the Twitch Unity Guilds program with cross-functional leaders, she also sought out additional opportunities for our team to support diverse creators through the Creator Gifting Program, the first ever Twitch Unity: Partner Diversity Meetup at TwitchCon San Diego, and more! In such a short period of time, Kendra undoubtedly left a huge impact in the Twitch space, and her leadership has helped me grow personally and professionally! If you’re looking for a leader who can balance empathy for creators with a data driven approach to build successful programs from the ground up, I highly recommend Kendra for the job!
