Kendra and I worked together at ProBuild As an instructor and team lead, Kendra was a true professional. She was an Oracle ERP system expert and lead instructor sessions on sales, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, accounts payable and accounts receivable. This classroom training consisted of scenario-based learning which provided students with true-to-life simulations that lead to greater end user retention. Kendra also managed logistics and provided needed guidance to others on the Instructor team. Kendra is a person that adds value where ever she goes - she is a hard working and dedicated team player!!

It has been my very great pleasure to manage Kendra for over a year at ProBuild, though to tell the truth, she needs very little managing. Kendra stepped into a role as Training Manager in which she had little prior experience. Despite the need to learn on the job, she was highly effective in the role from Day 1 and has continued to get stronger and stronger ever since, almost on a daily basis. In just over a year she has completely mastered the role of Training Manager, and taken the training function completely off of my plate. Kendra is deeply professional, completely ethical, very smart and a very fast learner, and maintains a keen focus on business results which is not always present with people in her role. On top of that she's a joy to work with, and an excellent leader who is loved by her team, from whom she consistently gets top-notch results. I can't possibly recommend Kendra highly enough, as both a colleague and a friend.
