My duties as a co-lead of the Propulsion Sub-Team of Chem-E-Car were similar to those I completed when I was a sub-team member, however I additionally:- Served as an instructor to educate team members on fundamental electrochemistry and circuitry concepts via PowerPoint presentations- Authored and critically reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Served as a chemical laboratory supervisor to ensure that lab activities were carried out as per SOP documentation.- Delegated tasks to team members, assigned deliverables and managed work timelines- Completed order forms for chemicals and mechanical partsI attended AIChE's Annual Student Conference in November 2022 and in April 2023, for their ChemECar Poster and Performance competitions on the National and Regional levels respectively. For the National's competition in Phoenix, AZ, our car placed 15th out of 37 teams, while for the Regional's competition in Corvallis, OR, our car and poster both took first place.
