Adora Mullendore

Kendra was an excellent mentor to me during my time at TNC. She oversaw the development of the Community Connections program which was new at the time of my employment. This program evolved in a very organic way as I had creative ideas and Kendra would encourage me to do research and explore new concepts and would guide me as needed. Kendra is a natural leader as her management and communication style is empathetic but also direct. Working with vulnerable populations requires finding creative solutions to barriers that they may face and while I was able to come up with ideas, Kendra was the one who came up with solutions and helped with the plans to implement them. The Community Connections program at TNC would not have launched as successfully as it did without Kendra's hard work and dedication to her team and the individuals she serves at TNC Community.
