▪Work with Program Managers to develop a strategy for continuous improvement of service delivery and operations, to include development and monitoring of performance methods and measures. ▪ Collaborate and/or consult with the Manager and respective staffs, as requested, to develop and/or implement new and updated policy and procedures. ▪ Review client files and operating processes for compliance with state, county and agency standards. ▪Reviews charts and progress notes. ▪ Provide clinical documentation, electronic health record, and billing training and support for all direct service staff/interns within the program. ▪ Research and stay up to date on documentation standards and billing requirements for various funding streams (including CalWORKs and California Victims of Crime), and able to communicate clearly and supportively to staff/interns in training. ▪ Assess staff development efforts, evaluates effectiveness, and recommends improvement initiatives. ▪ Provide individual supervision of unlicensed Family Paths’ FIT staff and/or TIPS trainees/interns in compliance with BBS guidelines. ▪ Assist individual supervisees in formulation of diagnoses and appropriate treatment goals to maintain clinical and program standards. ▪ Meet and collaborate, as needed, with Program Manager(s), other Clinical supervisors and/or Clinical Director to discuss supervision and/or program issues as appropriate.
