By far one of the most incredible leader and inspirational individual I had the chance to work with. If i had to describe Kendel in 3 words it would be: GENUINE: In the way she approaches things and speak of her experiences. It is with as less filters as possible, always open to share her thoughts to solve critical challenges. The way she manages people and projects is with a continuous respect of others, promoting D&I values and making sure everyone's opinions are being considered. Having her in our teams, just made the days much brighter and positive that we can all be successful. ADVENTUROUS: She is not afraid of the unknown. ALWAYS willing to jump into the wildness of tech, creation and life changing moments. She managed to drive a whole creative/brand activation collaboration in the gaming area than none of us has done before. She led this with confidence and excitement that it would be one of the best journey of our careers.. and it was! LEADER: She has the power to inspire others, listen to them and elevate them. And she does it with passion and dedication with a desire to achieve excellence all along the way. People look up to her for guidance and genuine opinion on how things should be. Working with Kendel has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in my professional career. Her extensive knowledge of all things marketing and brand from the wider strategic level to the actual implementation one is a powerhouse addition that any marketing team would love to have. I have, across several instances, witnessed her providing immense value both across the European and the country level, in a way that was clear to both the European Leadership team all the way down to the executional teams in the countries. But despite her clear and high performing functional capabilities, she is always open to feedback and seeing things from a new perspective. But where Kendel truly shines, is just being herself. Her attitude and her personality cannot be copied. Kendel is passionate, open, driven and possesses a truly sharp intellect.
