From 2014-2018, I led the Reserving & Reporting team for Liberty Ireland (LIDAC) with responsibility for developing and delivering required business plans for the team. Built the Reserving function from scratch since joining in 2014 and successfully combined quality reserving analysis with robust reserving governance. Ensured the appropriate people strategy was in place to develop the team's capability and foster a strong process and customer culture.Following completion of branching process in Europe in 2018, was selected to become P&C Reserving & Reporting lead for Liberty in Europe taking on responsibility for the Property & Casualty reserving for Spain and Portugal in addition to Ireland with non life technical provisions of ~€1.2B.
