      Part of the company's Coatings Formulation team. I had the luck to be the first to hold this position in the Costa Rica's production plant, therefore I had a big participation building the obligations and the needs in order to find the ways to attain the different expectations for the role. I have been making assays for the implementation of altern or new raw materials and its posterior accompinement through industrial tests to validate its performance in coordination with the colombian production plant. I give consultancy to the finishing production area, by advising, auditing and helping to improve some of it's different processes, like establish and update, through stadistical tools, the approval ranges of the laquers used in production.

      I worked in the analysis of the different raw materials used in the fabrication process of vynil's fabrics and its posterior coating process, being the one validating that the entry conditions are optimal for the use in the process through different physicochemical analysis, maintaining carefully the documentation up to date in order to avoid nonconformities with the ISO 9000 certification. Also, I had to communicate with the suppliers when there was a raw material outside the approval range. If there was any problem in production related to the raw materials, I was in charge to make the different tests to validate if there were any issues, and if there were, I had to set up the corresponding complaint to the supplier.
