As the Member and Corporate Box Manager I'm involved in all sporting event days, concerts, and any other event where there's action on the field. o Corporate account and relationship management, including for international brands; o Successful contract renewals and agreements, with more than 20% growth in 2022-2023 fiscal year; o Creating and delivering innovative value-adds and promotional activities for stadium partners within budget; o Composing marketing and event communications with over 70% average open rate; o Fostering important partnerships with stakeholders and industry professionals; o Developing and implementing best practice procedures for event delivery and reporting; o Event management and fulfilment across operational, commercial, and marketing spaces; o Effective people management at large scale events, including volunteers and contractors for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023; o Full budget development and reporting responsibility. In addition to my role, I provide any voice-over/presenting requirements for the venue, including the welcome PA at the entry gates, emergency messaging, big screen health and safety and marketing videos, and phone messaging services. I also assist with writing the PA scripts, which have been translated into Te Reo Māori. Stadium membership includes entry to all sporting events at Sky Stadium plus cricket at the Cello Basin Reserve. A licensed corporate box includes a private space with covered outdoor balcony, which can also be utilised on non-event days for meetings, team building and training sessions.
