When I interviewed with Nordic Naturals in February 2020, one of my interviews was with Kendall. I was so impressed by her knowledge, her professionalism and her love for her job. I knew then that I wanted to come to Nordic Naturals if it meant having someone like Kendall on my team. Since working together, Kendall diligently completed leadership training and moved into a management position leading a small team of Ecommerce Marketplace Administrators who maintain the health and customer service of our marketplaces. This is a monumental responsibility as these marketplaces are responsible for $9-figure revenue. Her team juggles a myriad of different tasks and is constantly confronted with new problems and marketplace policies. Kendall ensures that the team is moving through those tasks, working together and crafting strategic solutions. As a leader, Kendall has been able to recognize performance and offer raises/promotions to her team members. She also has solely navigated the interviewing, candidate selection and hiring process on multiple occasions. Those new hires have always been a great fit with our organization and Kendall has skillfully trained and integrated them into the department. In other occasions, Kendall coached and disciplined team members who were not meeting expectations and did so firmly and confidently. She also represents our entire department of almost 20 on the Employee Engagement Committee. All of this is made more difficult by the fact that she accomplished the above while working remotely and managing a completely remote team. It is my opinion that Kendall exemplifies leadership, problem solving and work ethic in spades and has proven time and time again to be up to any new task thrown her way. She is of strong character. She is mature beyond her years, and I am confident she will continue steady improvement and accomplishment.
