I have worked closely with Ken on SAS' international flagship executive engagement event - the Premier Business Leadership Series - for the last 5 years. In that time I have developed a deep admiration for Ken's own leadership qualities. As the core project manager for The Series, Ken has an eye for detail whilst never losing sight of the big picture. Simply put, Ken is someone you go to when you need something done - something you absolutely have to be sure will be delivered - on time, on spec, to budget. It is a testament to Ken's leadership qualities that the people who work with him gladly give their all - he inspires trust and leads by example. Whilst Ken is one of the most approachable people I know - someone I am proud to now call friend - I also know that he has real steel when it is needed. Tireless, enthusiastic and creative - I relish the opportunity to work with Ken in the future.
