I absolutely loved working with Ken - an amazing person, colleague, and friend. Over the last 2 years at Zoom, Ken has demonstrated he is a mastermind at handling key accounts. His ability to up-sell/cross-sell helped him crush his sales quota time-and-time again. Ken is definitely one of the smartest account manager's I've ever managed. As his manager, Ken is extremely capable of contributing individually while providing sales strategies to help others on my team. I never had to worry and periodic check-in's were all that was necessary. He will be hugely missed and I wish Ken all the best in his future endeavors.
