  Managed IZA’s rack production for vendors GM and Ford. Implement production with continuous emphasis on Kaizen. Prepare/present status reports for management. Meet all internal and customer targets and objectives. Primary point of communication between the customer and the project team. Interface with all levels of internal and customer management on all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling the program. Facilitate resolutions to project specific issues between team members and departments including the customer. Track engineering/scope of work changes. Communicate the impact of changes to the customer in a timely manner in terms of cost, timing, product, quality of execution and impact on the program.
