Ken is a true "School Visionary" whose leadership permeates Trondheim International School. He creates an engaging work environment which stimulates development and continuous improvement among his staff. In my first few months working with Ken I kept finding myself reflecting "if Ken had been the principal at my school I certainly would have enjoyed my time and prospered as a student to a much greater extent". This comes from his rare ability to see and develop each unique individual, students and staff alike. I therefore highly recommend Ken for any School leadership role in the future!
