I've had the pleasure of working with Ken Rose professionally both directly and in working with those he's managed. Ken's direct attention to detail, technical knowledge, and work ethic make him an invaluable contributor to any project which he's a part of. He knows 5 good things to try and why 3 of them are a waste of time before you start. Ken is the kinda guy who will make a quiet observation about the right path to take early on, and will be the go-to guy when something unexpectedly goes wrong with the finish line in sight. When working with Ken's underlings, I've found him to be understanding and judicious in the application of his resources. He understands that R&D can happen in spurts, and if good progress is being made on one project he'll make sure not to kill that momentum. His training and years of experience in Project and Program management show in everything he does. Ken is one of those dynamic individuals whom I can strongly recommend for development, management, or any combination thereof, and I hope I have the pleasure of working with him again at some point in the future.

While working at Sega, Ken was an inspiration to the entire software production team. He was able to use his expertise in development to inspire a generation of up-and-coming programmers in the game industry. He was great to work with, and I look forward to working with him again.
