These new patented trays are revolutionizing the retail packaging for meat , fish and poultry in the United States. It will extend the life of the packaged products thereby reducing the spoilage currently experienced in supermarkets by hundreds of millions of dollars It will also dramatically reduce the recalls due to bacteria in those products.
