It's hard to find managers who are both knowledgeable and perceptive, but Ken Owyang fits these characteristics. He set a great example for everyone who worked under his supervision at SupportSoft. Ken's style was open and inviting to questions (and expressed appreciation for them) and willingly gave his time to responding to questions thoroughly. Ken was a mentor to me and I learned a lot from his experience.
